| ［摘要］ 目的 分析X线平片与CT平扫对脊柱损伤的诊断价值、优势与不足。方法 回顾分析176例临床确诊的脊柱损伤病例资料，并对X线与CT的诊断价值进行比较分析。结果 CT在显示椎体、椎板、小关节、椎管狭窄及骨折损伤分类方面明显优于X线平片，X线平片在显示椎体压缩程度、椎体后突成角及椎体移位方面有其优势。结论 X线检查、CT检查两者结合能提高椎体损伤的的诊断水平。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the values, advantages and disadvantages of X-ray examination and CT scan for the diagnosis of spinal injuries. Methods The data of 176 clinically confirmed cases of spinal injury were analyzed retrospectively, and the values of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of these cases were compared. Results CT scan was superior to X-ray film in the display of vertebrae, vertebral lamina, small joints, spinal canal stenosis, and fracture injury classification, and X-ray film was superior to CT scan in the display of the extent of vertebral compression, vertebral kyphosis angle and vertebral body displacement. Conclusion X-ray examination combined with CT examination can improve the level in the diagnosis of vertebral injury. |
