Abstract:
[Abstract] The immune organs are important zones for immune cells to regenerate and differentiate. The normal structure of lymph nodes (LNs) as peripheral immune organs is crucial to keeping own inner environment balance and keeping the immune cells surviving, growing and regenerating. Recently, some foreign researchers find that the accumulation of collagen fibers in T cell zone (TZ) may be another important pathogenesis of decreasing CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood and lymph tissues in HIV infectors. This paper expounds the effect of normal LNs structure on CD4+ T cells′ surviving, growing and transporting, and explains the relationship between changed structure and pathogenesis of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS), so that it would be helpful in the study of present pathogenesis and clinical treatment of AIDS.
