| ［摘要］ 目的 观察腰椎间孔注射配合高频透热疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 运用2%利多卡因注射液5 ml，曲安奈德注射液40 mg，维生素B12注射液0.5 mg，0.9%氯化钠注射液20 ml混合行腰椎间孔注射，1次/7d；间歇期配合高频透热疗法，1次/d，5 d为1疗程。结果 386例患者中，治愈313例，好转49例，无效24例，有效率93.7%。结论 腰椎间孔注射配合高频透热疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果肯定。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical curative effect treatment of lumbar disc herniation by lumbar intervertebral foramen injection combined with high frequenly heat therapy.Methods 2% lidocaine 5 ml injection， triamcinolane acetonide injection 40 mg，vitamin B12 injection 0.5 mg，0.9% chloride injection 20 ml were mixed and used by lumbar intervertebral foramen injection，once every 7 ds，during the intermission， high frequency interval heate therapy was used，once a day，5 ds for a couse of treatment.Results Of 386 patients 313 cases were cured，improvement was found in 49 cases，no effect in 24 cases，The effective rate was 93.7%. Conclusion The clinical effect of cumbar intervertebral foramen injection cumbined with high frequenly heat therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is positive. |
