| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨经纤支镜肺灌洗及注药配合全身化疗治疗空洞型耐多药肺结核近期疗效。方法 用异烟肼、利福平、阿米卡星及左氧氟沙星经纤支镜肺灌洗及注药治疗，每周1次，8周为1个疗程，配合全身化疗治疗空洞型耐多药肺结核120例（治疗组），与单纯全身化疗治疗120例（对照组） 进行比较。结果 治疗组痰菌转阴率、空洞闭合或缩小率均比对照组显著提高（P<0.01）。结论 经纤支镜肺灌洗及注药配合全身化疗治疗空洞型耐多药肺结核疗效显著，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the short-term effects of fiberbranchoscopic lung lavage and injecting medicine combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of multidrug-resistant cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-TB).Methods The control group (120 cases) received simple systemic chemotherapy.The treatment group(120 cases) received fiberbranchoscopic lung lavage and injection with isoniazid, rifampicin, amikacin and levofloxacin, 1 time per week for 8 weeks, combined with systemic chemotherapy.The effects were compared.Results The sputum negartive conversion rate,cavity closure rate or cavity reduction rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The therapantic effects of the fiberbranchoscopic lung lavage and injecting medicine combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of MDR-TB is significant.This therapentic method is worth promoting. |
