| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨数字减影全脑血管造影(digital substraction angiography,DSA)的护理方法及注意事项。方法 对60例行全脑血管造影的神经疾病患者进行术前、术中及术后观察和护理。结果 DSA诊断颈动脉狭窄27例,颅内动脉狭窄13例,颈部或颅内血管闭塞8例,颅内动脉瘤7例,颅内占位3例,动静脉畸形2例。并发症:穿刺部位皮下血肿2例,抽搐2例,排尿困难3例,并发症发生率为11.67%,以上并发症给予相应的处理后,症状均缓解,未遗留后遗症,手术成功率为100%。结论 脑血管造影术是一种有创检查,术前准备妥善是造影术顺利进行的关键,术后准确及时地观察病情并完善各项护理是减少并发症的有效保证。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the care and precautions of the patients undergoing digital subtraction angiography (DSA).Methods Sixty patients with neurological diseases undergoing routine cerebral angiography received intraoperative and postoperative observation and care.Results DSA showed diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis in 27 patients, intracranial arterial stenosis in 13 patients, neck or intracranial vascular occlusion in 8 patients, intracranial aneurysm in 7 patients, intracranial lesions 3 patients, intracranial arteriovenous malformation in 2 patient.Complications: puncture site hematoma in 2 patients, seizures in 2 patients, dysuria in 3 patients. The complication rate was 11.67%. After above complications were treated by appropriate treatment, symptoms were relieved.No sequdae were found.The surgical success rate was 100%.Conclusion Cerebral angiography is an invasive examination.The preoperative proper prepation is the key to the smooth angiography.Postoperative accurate and timely observation and improving care is the effective guarantee reducing complications. |
