| ［摘要］ 疱疹样脓疱病是一种急性、危重性皮肤病，多见于妊娠期妇女，但男性和非妊娠期妇女亦可发病。该病起病急、易反复、病死率较高，发病常出现在妊娠期最后3个月，少数在产后仍继续发病。由于母婴发病率及死亡率均在增高，及时的诊断和治疗十分必要。此文就疱疹样脓疱病的诊治进展综述如下。 |

| ［Abstract］ Impetigo herpetiformis is an acute and serious pustular disorder that occurs primarily in pregnancy. The onset commonly presents in the last trimester of pregnancy; the condition may persist until delivery and it rarely continues in the postpartum period. There is an increase in morbidity and mortality for the mother and the fetus. As a result, immediate diagnosis and treatment is crucial. |
