| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨手法整复外固定+经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法 在C臂机透视下，采用手法整复外固定+经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折20例。结果 随访时间3～6个月，骨折全部愈合，无并发症发生。20例中治愈18例，好转2例。 结论 采用手法整复外固定+经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折，具有创伤小、并发症少等特点，适合临床开展。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of manipulative reduction combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation for humeral supracondylar fractures in children. Methods Twenty children with humeral supracondylar fractures were treated by manipulative reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation under C- arm machine. Results The postoperative follow-up time ranged from 3 to 6 months,all fracture were healed, no complication was found, 18 were cured and 2 were improved. Conclusion Manipulative reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation for children humeral supracondylar fractures has the characteristics of less trauma and low complications rate. It is suitable for clinical popularization. |
