| ［摘要］ 目的 了解该院门诊抗高血压药的使用情况和趋势。方法 于2008-01～2009-12每月抽查该院门诊3 d处方，统计抗高血压药品种、用药频度并进行分析。 结果 血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、钙拮抗剂、β-受体阻滞剂用药频度分别占前三位。结论 我院抗高血压药使用基本合理，应用中长效抗高血压药是目前临床用药的一种趋势。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To understand the application condition and trend of antihypertensive drugs in outpatient prescriptions.Methods The prescriptions within three days were monthly extracted from January 2008 to December 2009 for counting and analyzing the types and the application frequency of antihypertensive drugs.Results Angiotensin 1-conversing enzyme inhibitors,calcium antagonists,beta blockers were runked in the first three places in constituent ratio respectively. Conclusion The application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable,and the application of long-term antihypertensive drugs is a trend of clinical medicines. |
