| ［Abstract］ Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)is the final common pathway by which all kidney diseases progress to the end stage of renal disease.Present study confirmed that the expression and abnormal activity of plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI)play a vital role in the development process of RIF.This is a review of the role of PAI in the development process of RIF. |
