| ［Abstract］ Early continuous blood purification （CBP） was used in the clinical treatment of patients with severe renal failure 。With the further development，CBP has been extended to the treatment of non-renal critical illness，become a common technique for ICU。This articles was reviewed CBP history and CBP application in non-renal critical illness. |
