| [摘要] 目的 观察翼状胬肉切除联合自体不同部位角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 将原发性翼状胬肉患者51例(62眼)随机分成A、B两组。A组行胬肉切除联合自体上方角膜缘干细胞移植辅助丝裂霉素C治疗。B组行胬肉切除联合自体下方角膜缘干细胞移植辅助丝裂霉素C治疗。观察比较两组患者术眼不适症状持续时间、角膜上皮愈合时间以及翼状胬肉复发情况。结果 两组术后不适症状持续时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),角膜上皮愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),翼状胬肉复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 下方角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉可取得与上方角膜缘干细胞移植相同的效果,且术后异物感持续时间较短。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of excision of pterygium combined with autologous transplantation of limbal stem cells of different parts in treating primary pterygium.Methods Fifty-one patients (62 eyes) were randomly divided into A and B groups. Thirty-one eyes (group A) were treated by excision of pterygium combined with autologous transplantation of superior limbal stem cells and use of mitomycin C. Thirty-one eyes (group B) were treated by excision of pterygium combined with autologous transplantation of inferior limbal stem cells and use of mitomycin C. Duration of uncomfortable symptom, healing time of corneal epithelia, and recurrence of pterygium were observed.Results There were not statistically difference in the rate of pterygium recurrence between two groups (P>0.05). The difference of duration of uncomfortable symptom was statistically significance (P<0.05). There were not statistically difference in healing time of corneal epithelia between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The autologous transplantations of superior or inferior limbal stem cells have the same effect in treating primary pterygium. The duration of uncomfortable symptom in the patients were treated by the transplantation of inferior limbal stem cells is shorter. |
