| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨生长抑素在先天性巨结肠（HD）术后小肠结肠炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 将2000-01～2011-01期间收治的HD术后出现小肠结肠炎27例患儿，随机分为生长抑素加常规治疗组（治疗组，12例）和常规治疗组（对照组，15例），观察两组病例腹胀消失时间、呕吐消失时间、治愈时间等各项指标，对结果分别进行对比。结果 治疗组在腹胀消失时间、呕吐消失时间和治愈时间均较对照组提前。结论 生长抑素可全面抑制消化液的分泌，减压肠管扩张和缺血性改变；可明显改善HD术后小肠结肠炎的临床症状，提高保守治疗的成功率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the application of somatostatin in treatment of enterocolitis after surgical treatment for Hirschsprung′s disease. Methods Patients with enterocolitis after surgical treatment for Hirschsprung′s disease were randomly divided into treatment group（12 patients） and control group（15 patients）, during the year of January 2000 and January 2011. The treatment group was treated by conventional therapy combinded with somatostatin, while the control group was only treated by conventional therapy. The time needed for disappearance of abdominal bloat, vomit and healing was observed and evaluated. Results Time needed for the disappearance of abdominal bloat, vomit and average curative time were significantly shorter in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion Somatostatin may overall inhibit secretion of digestive juice, mitigate intestinal expansion and ischemic change, significantly improve the clinical symptoms of enterocolitis after surgical treatment for Hirschsprung′s disease, and improve the success rate of conservative treatment. |
