| ［摘要］ 目的 观察抗氧化剂α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 对60例2型糖尿病伴有不同程度神经病变患者随机分成两组，治疗组（n=32）每日给予α-硫辛酸600 mg加液体静脉点滴，对照组（n=28）每日给予甲钴胺1 000 μg加液体静脉点滴，连续2周观察疗效。结果 治疗组临床有效率及神经周围传导速度与对照组相比，治疗后较治疗前有明显改善（P<0.05），两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论 α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the effects of anti-oxidant α-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with varying degrees of neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n=32) was treated with α-lipoic acid and the control group (n=28) with Calomide-Me. The course was two weeks. Effects were observed after 2 weeks of treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical efficacy and peripheral nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were significantly improved after treatment. During treatment, the two groups had no significant adverse events. Conclusion α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is safe and effective. |
