| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨放射性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜的诊疗方法和治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析35例鼻咽癌患者放疗后鼻窦炎在鼻内窥镜下手术治疗的效果。结果 35例中，治愈25例(71.4%),好转8例(22.9%),无效2例(5.7%),总有效率为94.3%；未发生眶内和颅内并发症，随访期间未发现肿瘤复发者。结论 采用鼻内镜对发现和治疗放射性鼻窦炎具有较好的效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the method of diagnosis and treatment and the therapeutic effect of radiation nasosinusitis by nasal endoscope.Methods The method of diagnosis and treatment and the therapeutic effect of 35 patients with sinusitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyneal caacinoma by nasal endoscopic sinus surgery were retrospectively aralyzed.Results No orbital or cerebral complications were observed in all patients. Of them 25 patients (71.4%) were cured, 8 patients (22.9%) were improved, 2 patients were invalid and the total effective rate was 94.3%. Moreover, no tumor recurrence was observed during the fellow-up period. Conclusion Nasal endoscope is a significant tool in diagnosis and treatment for nasosinusitis with better therapeutic effect. |
