| [摘要] 目的 探讨血浆置换在基层医院的应用效果。方法 根据血浆置换使用的仪器将血浆置换的患者分为三组。A组:血泵联合输液泵组;B组:单纯血泵组;C组:连续性血液净化机组。观察比较三组实际置换时间与设计时间符合率、血浆输入与滤出液流出平衡率、不良反应的发生率及人力成本、医疗费用等。结果 A组与B组比较时间符合率、液体平衡率明显增高(均P<0.05),不良反应的发生率明显降低(P<0.05);A组与C组比较时间符合率、液体出入平衡率、不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 血泵联合输液泵应用于血浆置换术,简易安全,适宜基层医院的应用。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To improve the application of plasma exchange in primary hospitals.Methods The selected patients were divided randomly into three groups according to the equipments used for plasma exchange: group A applied infusion pump combined with blood pump, group B applied simple blood pump and group C applied continuous blood purification. And the actual time and design time of plasma exchange, the flow balance of plasma input and filtrate, the incidence of adverse reactions, labor costs and medical costs were compared among three groups.Results Compared with the group B, actual time of plasma exchange was more close to design time(P<0.05), the flow of plasma input and filtrate was more balanced(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was dramatically decreased in group A. There were no significant statistical difference in actual time and design time of plasma exchange, the flow of plasma input and filtrate, incidence of adverse reactions between group A and B (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of infusion pump combined with blood pump in plasma exchange is simple and safe and practicable in primary hospitals. |
