| ［摘要］ 用于术后镇痛的静脉镇痛药品种繁多，临床效果各有不同。近年来手术患者的术后镇痛治疗已形成常规。经静脉用药的术后镇痛方法简便易行，但在镇痛药物的选择上,各医疗单位却有着各种各样的方法，给临床医生带来了一些困惑。该文对国内常用的静脉镇痛药的药理以及应用现状进行了综述，以便给临床医生用药提供帮助。 |

| ［Abstract］ Intravenous analgesic used for postoperative analgesia is various,and the clinical effect is different. In recent years, for the patients who underwent surgical treatment, postoperative analgesia has become the routine. Intravenous administration method of analgesic in the postoperative analgesia is convenient and feasible,but on the choice of the analgesic, each hospital has all kinds of methods,that brought some confusion for clinicians. This paper reviews pharmacology and application status of intravenous analgesic commonly used in China, in order to provide help in medication use for clinicians. |
