| ［Abstract］ Althought bacterial culture of sputum has certain clinical significance to assist the etiology diagnosis of children community-acquired pneumonia, its reliability depends critically on the appropriate suction methods and skills. In this artical, we summary the suction methods used in pediatrics, and of which the factors affected the result of bacterial culture of sputum in community-acquired pneumonia children. |
