| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨反流性食管炎伴咽异感症的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 对反流性食管炎伴慢性咽炎63例患者给予抑酸剂、促动力药治疗。结果 显效29例，有效26例,无效6例,失访2例。总有效率为87.30%。结论 对反流性食管炎伴慢性咽炎的患者进行抑酸剂、促动力药治疗,效果明显（但应注意饮食控制,坚持按疗程服药）。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment methods of patients with reflux esophagitis presented as pharyngeal paraesthesia.Methods Sixty-three patients with reflux esophagitis accompanied by chronic pharyngitis were treated with acid-suppressing agents and prokinetic medication.Results Marked effect was found in 29 patients, effective in 26 patients, no effect in 6 patients.The total effective rate was 87.30%.Conclusion The effect of acid-suppressing agents and prokinetic drug therapy is obvious in the treatment of patients with reflux esaphagitis accompanied by chronic pharyngitis, but the patients should pay attention to controlling diet, and adhere to taking medication according to theatment course. |
