| ［摘要］ 目的 总结上消化道溃疡急性穿孔保守治疗的体会。方法 对2008-01～2009-12接受保守治疗的上消化道溃疡急性穿孔患者96例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全组96例上消化道溃疡急性穿孔患者全部治愈，无出现腹腔脓肿、再穿孔和死亡病例。随访半年，预后良好84例，复发10例，死亡2例。结论 对于上消化道溃疡急性穿孔的治疗，在严格掌握适应证的前提下对患者采取保守治疗，可以取得满意效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the experience of conservative treatment of acute perforation of upper digestive tract ulcer.Methods Clinical data of 96 patients with acute perforation of upper digestive tract ulcer received conservative treatment in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Ninety-six patients with acute perforation of upper digestive ulcer were cured by conservative treatment. No patients with abdominal abscesses, re-perforation and death were found. All patients were followed up for six months, 84 patients had good prognosis, recurrence was found in 10 patients, 2 died. Conclusion In the treatment of acute perforation of upper digestive tract ulcer, the indications of conservative treatment should be mastered strictly in order to achieve satisfactory results. |
