| ［Abstract］ Smoking is an important danger factor of many diseases. Smoking cessation is important method of decrease tobacco related disease. The pharmacological interventions can help smokers in cessation. The first-line smoking cessation medication include nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), bupropion and varenicline. This paper reviews the progress of research and application on smoking cessation drugs. |
