| ［摘要］ 目的 为了解宜州市近年来婚前医学检查(简称婚检)开展情况，以促进婚检工作健康有序的发展。方法 回顾性分析2009～2011年宜州市开展婚检情况。结果 宜州市2009～2011年婚检率分别为0.43%、21.62%及99.18%，呈大幅上升趋势。疾病检出率为3.60%，检出的疾病以指定传染病为主，占1.50%。结论 政府重视，优化服务流程是婚检工作取得有效进展的关键，加强健康教育,转变婚育观念，促进自愿婚检才是婚检工作持续发展的动力。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To understand the circumstances of carrying out pre-marital medical examination in recent years in Yizhou, and promote the development of pre-marital medical examination healthfully and orderly.Methods Retrospective analysis of the pre-marital medical examination in Yizhou from 2009 to 2011 was performed.Results Pre-marital medical examination rates in Yizhou were 0.43% in 2009, 21.62% in 2010 and 99.18% in 2011 respectively, which showed a significant increased tendency.The detectable rates of disease in these people were 3.60%,mainly the appointed infectious diseases accounted for 1.50%.Conclusion The attention of the government and optimization of service processes are critical for the development of the pre-marital medical examination. The improvement of health education and masses′ awareness of the pre-marital medical examination is the driving force for the continued development of pre-marital medical examination. |
