| ［摘要］ 目的 观察宫腔内注射垂体后叶素治疗子宫动静脉瘘的疗效。方法 对29例子宫动静脉瘘患者采用宫腔内注射垂体后叶素治疗，术后1、3、6、12个月分别观察子宫动静脉瘘血流及临床症状改善情况。结果 经阴道彩色多普勒显示高速低阻型血流频谱消失，阴道不规则流血症状消失，恢复正常月经周期。结论 宫腔内注射垂体后叶素治疗子宫动静脉瘘操作简便、安全有效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of intrauterine injection of pituitrin in the treatment of uterine arteriovenous fistula.Methods Intrauterine injection of pituitrin was used in 29 patients with uterine arteriovenous fistula, all patients were followed up at the 1st, 3rd,6th, 12th months after operation. Blood flow of uterine arteriovenous fistula and changes in clinical symptoms were observed.Results After the treatment, transvaginal color doppler ultrasound displayed that high-speed, low-resistant flow disappeared. The follow-up study showed that all patients had normal menstrual periods, symptom of irregular vaginal bleeding disappeared.Conclusion Intrauterine injection of pituitrin in the treatment of uterine arteriovenous fistula is simple, safe and effective procedure. |
