| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合输尿管硬镜治疗胆总管结石的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析用腹腔镜联合输尿管硬镜治疗胆总管结石30例的临床资料。结果 30例手术均获成功，手术时间120～160 min，平均135 min。术中出血量50～150 ml，平均80 ml。术后住院6～11 d，平均8 d。全部病例康复出院，无术后严重并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜联合输尿管硬镜微创治疗胆总管结石效果好，值得临床应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical value of choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopic and rigid ureteroscopic surgery.Methods Chinical data of laparoscopic and rigid ureteroscopic surgery in the treatment of 30 patients with choledocholithiasis were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were treated successfully. The mean operation time was 135 min (rage from 120 to 160 min), the operative bleeding volume was 80 ml (rage from 50 to 150 ml), the hospital stay time was 8 d (rage from 6 to 11 d). All patients recovered uneventfully. There was no reccurance of severe postoperative complication.Conclusion Laparoscopic and rigid ureteroscopic surgery for choledocholithiasis is worth applying. |
