| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨改良三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性、安全性和优越性。方法 回顾性分析680例胆囊结石患者均行剑突下腹白线三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果 678例在剑突下腹白线三孔法腹腔镜下成功完成手术，2例无法完成而行中转开腹，中转开腹率为0.29%。全组病例均无大出血、胆漏及胆道损伤等严重并发症发生；同时，取胆囊结石便捷，无剑突的戳口血肿；所有患者均痊愈出院。结论 剑突下腹白线三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行，且更有利于取胆囊结石，缩短手术时间。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the feasibility, safety and superiority of the modified 3-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Clinical data of 680 patients undergoing the modified 3-port LC with one trocar through linea alba below xiphoid were analyzed retrospectively.Results Six hundred and seventy-eight patients oparations were performed successfully,and 2 pationts were converted to open surgery（0.29%）. There were no serious complications such as bleeding,bile leakage, biliary tract injury.The gallbladder with gallstones was easy to be taken out without hematoma at trocar site. All the patients were cured and left hospital.Conclusion The modified 3-port LC is safe and feasible, more beneficial to take out the gallbladder with gallstones,can shorten operating time. |
