| ［Abstract］ Anal fissure, one of the most common diseases in coloproctological department, has seriously affected the patient’s quality of life. Internal sphincterotomy is common used method for anal fissure，but it has many types of procedures and some methods work better than others. This paper reviewed the advances on the applications of internal sphincterotomy in the treatment of anal fissure. |
