| ［Abstract］ The study has found that reactive oxygen species has certain correlation with male infertility. How to prevent excessive generation of reactive oxygen species and remove excessive reactive oxygen species is one of the hot spot of the research in recent years. This article reviews the research progress on the effect of reactive oxygen species on sperm physiology and pathology, the source and detection methods of the semen reactive oxygen species,the effect of reactive oxygen species on assisted reproduction and so on. |
