| ［摘要］ 目的 回顾性总结子宫捆绑术对剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性出血的治疗效果。方法 对剖宫产术中采用常规处理不能止血的15例病例进行子宫捆绑术。结果 15例患者均取得较好的止血效果，无一例行子宫切除术，且预后良好。结论 子宫捆绑术是治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性出血的一种行之有效的方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of B-Lynch stuture in the treatment of uterine atonic bleeding in cesarean section.Methods B-Lynch stuture was used in 15 patients in cesarean section because bleeding was not stopped by conventional methods.Results Fifteen patients achieved better hemostatic effect; no patient underwent hysterectomy, and the prognosis was good.Conclusion B-Lynch stuture is an effective method for treatment of uterine atonic bleeding in cesarean section. |
