| ［摘要］ 目的 分析广西2009～2011年美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）门诊服药人员脱失的原因，为提高服药依从性提供参考。方法 利用统一设计的《社区药物维持治疗服药者脱失情况调查表》，采取电话询问、家庭随访等方式对374名脱失人员或其家属进行调查。结果 脱失原因主要为：原因不明118人（31.6%），违法犯罪101人（27.0%），死亡/疾病/怀孕58人（15.5%），强戒或劳教37人（9.9%）。结论 原因不明、违法犯罪、死亡/疾病/怀孕、强戒或劳教是MMT脱失的主要原因，针对性地对门诊服药人员采取相应的干预措施，以降低脱失率，提高依从性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the influencing factors of drug users dropping out methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）and their effect on treatment compliance in Guangxi from 2009 to 2011.Methods Using unified questionnaire investigation of state of community drug users dropping out MMT, telephone or family interview was adopted to investigate the drug users dropping out MMT or their families to find out the reason dropping out MMT.Results In total 374 cases dropped out MMT, the main reasons for dropping out MMT were as follows: unknown reason accounted for 31.6%, illegal crime for 27.0%, death/disease/pregnant for 15.5%, compulsory drug treatment or detention for 9.9%.Conclusion Unknown reason, illegal crime, death/disease/pregnant, compulsory drug treatment or detention were the main reasons for dropping out MMT. It is necessary to take the corresponding measures for outpatients to reduce dropping out and improve compliance. |
