| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨马尔尼菲青霉病（PSM）的发病诱因以及临床表现。方法 回顾性分析64例PSM患者的临床资料。结果 引起PSM的诱因中HIV阳性患者占48.4%，为最主要的诱因。非HIV阳性患者，有肺部基础疾病患者最多见，占68.3%。其他可能诱因有糖尿病、长期使用激素、长期使用广谱抗生素、长期使用抗结核药物及与病原体有密切接触史等。结论 对有上述既往史或者基础疾病者，应警惕PSM的可能性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the predisposing cause and the clinical manifestations of Penicilliosis marneffei(PSM).Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with PSM was reviewed and analyzed.Results The main predisposing cause of PSM was AIDS（accounted for 48.4%）.For non HIV positive patient,underlying diseases of lung was the main pathogenic predisposing cause(accounted for 68.3%).The other predisposition causes included: diabetes mellitus long, term use of glucocorticoids,long-term use of broad spectrum antibiotics, using antituberculosis drug,the history of close contact with Penicillium marneffei(PS).Conclusion The patients with above past history or underlying diseases should be alerted to the possibility of the PSM. |
