| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨小剂量布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于高龄患者股骨颈骨折手术的效果。方法 选择ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级高龄患者股骨颈骨折择期手术患者58例，采用0.75%布比卡因6 mg腰-硬联合麻醉后，观察手术中的麻醉效果、术中呼吸、血流动力学的变化以及麻醉后并发症发生等情况。结果 术前和术中呼吸、血流动力学无明显改变(P均>0.05)。结论 小剂量布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉在高龄患者股骨颈骨折手术中的应用，对患者呼吸、循环系统抑制作用轻微，具有效果确切、安全可靠、不良反应小等优点。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of small dose bupivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in the surgical treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.Methods Fifty-eight ASAⅡ～Ⅲ grade elderly patients undergoing elective femoral neck fracture surgery received small dose(0.75% bupivacaine 6 mg) spinal-epidural anesthesia, and the anesthetic effect, intraoperative respiratory, hemodynamic changes, and the complications caused by anesthesia were observed.Results There were no significant changes in preoperative, intraoperative respiratory, or hemodynamic indexes（P all >0.05）.Conclusion Small dose bupivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for femoral neck fracture surgery in elderly patients has less inhibition effect on respiratory and circulatory system, with the advantages of exact anesthesia effect, higher safety, less adverse reactions, etc. |
