| ［摘要］ 目的 观察妈富隆联合米非司酮治疗早孕人流不全的效果。方法 将2012-07～2013-07妇科门诊就诊的早孕人流不全，且经B超报告宫内少量残留物（最大径线<20 mm）的患者60例随机分为两组。试验组予口服妈富隆2片，1次/d，连服7 d，第8天开始口服米非司酮片75 mg，1次/d，连服3 d；对照组按照常规处理行清宫术。结果 两组患者在阴道流血持续时间、尿妊娠试验转阴时间、治愈率方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后发生盆腔炎2例，无宫腔粘连发生；对照组发生盆腔炎8例，宫腔/宫颈粘连6例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妈富隆联合米非司酮治疗人流术后宫内少量组织物残留疗效满意，避免清宫术，且减少术后并发症发生。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of marvelon combined with mifepristone in treating incomplete abortion of early pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with incomplete abortion and little decidual residue，the maximum diameter of which <20 mm measured by B ultrasonic examination，were randomly divided into 2 groups from July 2012 to July 2013. Patients in experimental group were treated with marvelon 2 pills qd for 7 days. From the 8th day mifepristone was taken 75 mg qd for 3 days. Patients in control group were treated with routine uterine curettage.Results The time of vaginal bleeding, the time of urine pregnancy test turning negative and the cure rate were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). Two cases of pelvic inflammatory disease and no case of intrauterine or cervical adhesion were found in experimental group. Eight cases of pelvic inflammatory disease and 6 cases of intrauterine or cervical adhesion were found in control group. The above differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of marvelon with mifepristone is effective in treatment of patients with little decidual residue due to incomplete abortion，which avoid uterine curettage and decrease operative complications. |
