| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨治疗环状混合痔的理想术式。方法 采用具有限制性手术性质的肛门整形手术术式治疗102例环状混合痔患者，并对患者总体疗效进行评价。结果 术中出血量平均为60 ml；手术平均时间为65 min；术后Ⅰ级疼痛34例，Ⅱ级疼痛62例,Ⅲ级疼痛6例；无肛门失禁和伤口感染；治愈率为100.0%；平均住院时间为9.11 d。术后对83例患者随访6～18个月共269例次，无肛门狭窄、直肠黏膜外翻、混合痔复发，肛缘外观平整。结论 该术式符合现代痔的治疗原则，具有手术操作简便、疗效确切等优点，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the ideal surgical procedures in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Anal plastic surgery with restrictive surgical nature was used to treat 102 circumferential mixed hemorrhoid patients, and the overall efficacy in patient was evaluated.Results The average blood loss was 60 ml; operative average time was 65 min; postoperative pain grading showed grade Ⅰ pain in 34 cases, grade Ⅱ pain in 62 cases, grade Ⅲ pain in 6 cases; there were no incontinence and wound infections found, the cure rate was 100.0%; average length of stay was 9.11 d; after surgery 83 patients(269 case times) were followed up for 6 to 18 months. No anal stenosis, rectal mucosa eversion, and recurrence of mixed hemorrhoid were found, and the anus showed a smooth appearance.Conclusion The procedure is in line with the principles of modern treatment of hemorrhoids, has advantage of simple surgical procedure,exact effect, etc, and is worthy of promotion. |
