| ［Abstract］ At present，heart transplantation has become an effective therapy for patients with end-stage heart failure.This article reviews recent research about steady induction and maintaining of anesthesia，maintaining stable hemodynamics，the treatment of heart transplant patients with pulmonary hypertension, immunosuppression during perioperative period. |
