| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨改良髋关节外侧入路行初次人工髋关节置换术的临床方法和疗效。方法 回顾性分析应用改良髋关节外侧入路行初次人工髋关节置换术68例患者的临床资料。结果 平均随访3.0年，Harris评分优61例，良5例，中2例，优良率为97.1%，无感染、脱位等并发症发生。结论 改良髋关节外侧入路行初次人工髋关节置换术具有创伤小、出血少、功能恢复快、并发症少等优点。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the method and effect of primary hip arthroplasty through modified lateral approach.Methods The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed on 68 patients who received primary hip arthroplasty through modified lateral approach.Results These cases were followed with an average follow-up 3 years after operation. The average Hart′s hip score after operation showed 61 cases were excellent, 5 cases were good,2 cases were medium, the excellent and good rate was 97.1%.No complication such as dislocation，infection happened.Conclusion Primary hip arthroplasty through modified lateral approach has advantages of small trauma,less bleeding,rapid recovery,fewer complication,etc. |
