| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨鼻腔泪囊造口联合泪道全程置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法 对53例（63眼）在鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊造口联合泪道全程置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎合并鼻泪管阻塞的患者进行回顾性分析，随访6～12个月。结果 在53例（63眼）患者中，治愈52眼（82.54%），好转8眼（12.70%），无效3眼（4.76%），治疗总有效率为95.24%。术后并发症少。结论 该方法治疗慢性泪囊炎合并鼻泪管阻塞的创伤小，操作简便，有效率高，疗效安全可靠。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the curative effect of dacryocystorhinostomy with catheter embedment in the whole lacrimal duct in the treatment of the chronic dacryocystitis with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on curative effective in 53 patients(with 63 sick eyes) who were treated due to chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction with dacryocystorhinostomy with catheter embedment in the whole lacrimal duct under nasal endoscope. The patients were followed up for 6～12 months.Results In 53 patients(with 63 sick eyes), 52 eyes were cured, the condition of 8 eyes have improved, and 3 eyes were not cured. The effective rate was 95.24%, and at the same time there was low postoperative complication.Conclusion Using this kind of method to treat chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction has advantages of fewer trauma, less and simple operation, high effective rate, safe and dependable curative effect. |
