| ［摘要］ 目的 观察分析安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形矫治前后双(牙合)平面的变化。方法 采用直丝弓矫治技术对19例安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形患者进行矫治，均拔除了第一双尖牙，对矫治前后的X线头颅侧位定位片进行前后(牙合)平面等的测量，对结果进行统计分析。结果 前(牙合)平面（AOP-FH）矫治前为(10.50±2.59)°，矫治后为(13.18±4.21)°，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。后(牙合)平面（POP-FH）矫治前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形矫治后后(牙合)平面较稳定，前(牙合)平面发生较大变化，主要与上前牙内收，相对伸长有关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the change of the cant of the occlusal plane of the patients with classⅠbia-maxillary protrusion before and after orthodontic treatment.Methods Nineteen patients with classⅠbia-maxillary protrusion were extracted by 4 first premolars and treated with straight wire appliance. Pre-treatment and post-treatment lateral cephalograms of the patients were obtained and evaluated to determine the difference in the cant of the occlusal plane.Results The cant of anterior occlusal plane（AOP-FH）was (10.50±2.59)° before treatment,(13.18±4.21)° after treatment, and the difference was significant（P<0.05）. The change of the cant of posterior occlusal plane（POP-FH）showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion After treatment, the cant of posterior occlusal plane of the patients with classⅠbia-maxillary protrusion remain stable. But the cant of anterior occlusal plane become larger and this change have something to do with the lingual extrusion and relative elongation of upper teeth. |
