| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨P21WAF1在胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST)中表达的临床及病理意义。方法 应用免疫组化Maxvision方法检测50例GIST瘤组织中P21WAF1的表达情况。结果 50例GIST瘤组织中P21WAF1阳性率为48.0%，明显低于瘤旁组织阳性率76.2%。结论 P21WAF1与GIST发生发展有关，可作为CD117外的GIST的补充指标，对于明确诊断GIST有重要意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the expression of P21WAF1 in human gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods Fifty cases of GIST were evaluated for P21WAF1 protein expression by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression level of P21WAF1 was 48.0% in human GIST,which was lower than in the adjacent tissues（76.2%）.Conclusion P21WAF1 is related to GIST, and can be used as a supplemental index of CD117. It is helpful for the diagnosis of GIST. |
