| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨氧氟沙星联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗重症肺炎(SP)的疗效。方法 选取110例SP患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(55例)和对照组(55例)。对照组给予哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗，观察组给予氧氟沙星与哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗，疗程均为10 d。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组的发热症状消失、痰液颜色正常、血常规恢复正常、胸部阴影吸收时间明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)；治疗后，观察组白细胞（WBC）数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)，而血氧分压（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）高于对照组(P均<0.01)；观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)；两组治疗后肝功能指标［谷丙转氨酶(ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST)］、肾功能指标［尿素氮(BUN）、肌酐（Cr)］差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用氧氟沙星联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗SP效果满意，对肝肾功能无明显影响，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of ofloxacin combined with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in the treatment of severe pneumonia(SP).Methods 110 patients with SP were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium. The observation group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with ofloxacin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory test, mechanical ventilation, sputum, blood test and chest X-ray in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the WBC count in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01). Both PaO2 and PaCO2 were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01). The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, ALT, AST, BUN, Cr had no significant difference between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of ofloxacin and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in the treatment of SP has a satisfactory effect, and no obvious adverse reaction is observed on liver and kidney functions. |
