| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨持续质量改进在预防微型腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝术后并发症中的作用。方法 选择2008-12～2010-06收治的小儿腹股沟斜疝518例为对照组，行传统两孔法腹腔镜手术；选择2010-07～2014-08收治的2 582例同类型患儿为实验组，在行腹腔镜手术时注意持续质量改进，对比两组病例术后并发症发生情况。结果 与对照组相比，实验组中的术后脐部戳口大网膜疝、腹膜前气肿、线结异物瘘和术后复发率差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 微型腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝手术行持续质量改进是非常必要的，它能有效减少术后并发症，促进患儿尽早康复。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the role of continuous quality improvement in preventing postoperative complications of the micro laparoscopic treatment of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia.Methods 518 cases with pediatric indirect inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital from December 2008 to June 2010 and operated with traditional two holes laparoscopy were collected as the control group, other 2 582 matched cases admitted in our hospital from July 2010 to August 2014 were collected as the experimental group and were operated with the same laparoscopy plus the attention to continuous quality improvement. The postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in omental hernia of the umbilical trocar, peritoneal emphysema, thread knot eyewinker fistula and postoperative recurrence in the experimental group.Conclusion It is necessary to perform continuous quality improvement in the micro laparoscopic treatment of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia. It can effectively reduce the postoperative complications and promote the rehabilitation early. |
