| ［摘要］ 前列腺癌(PCa)是中老年人常见的恶性疾病，对男性的健康有着重要的影响。根据近几年世界卫生组织的统计，PCa在男性恶性肿瘤中已居第一位（超过肺癌），成为全世界最常见的男性恶性疾病。PCa的早期诊断对患者的预后有着重要的影响。直肠指诊(DRE)、血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)以及影像学检查是临床中常用的前列腺检查手段，后者包括经腹部超声检查、经直肠超声前列腺检查(TRUS)、经直肠超声引导下6+X点前列腺穿刺活检术(TRUPB)超声造影及经直肠实时超声弹性成像(TRTE)等检查方法。该文对PSA及超声技术在PCa诊断中的应用进展作一简要的综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Prostate cancer(PCa) is a common malignant disease in old people, a serious threat to the health of men.In recent years, the world health organization′s statistical data shows that PCa has a higher incidence than lung cancer and become the most common malignant tumor in men in the world. The early diagnosis is important for the prognosis of patients. The clinical diagnosis methods of prostate disease include digital rectal examination(DRE), serum prostate specific antigen(PSA), and the imaging examination methods, which include the transabdominal ultrasound(TAUS), transrectal ultrasound(TRUS), ultrasound imaging, real-time ultrasound elasticity imaging, transrectal ultrasound guided 6 + X points prostate biopsy(TRUPB), and other inspection methods. In this paper, the application progress on PSA and ultrasound techniques in the diagnosis of PCa is briefly reviewed. |
