| ［摘要］ 随着微创技术的发展，超声引导下肝癌射频消融手术已经成为原发肝癌、小肝癌的最新的、有效的治疗方法之一，技术也日趋完善。选择一种安全、经济、高效、合适的麻醉方法对其发展至关重要，近年来有关超声引导下肝癌射频消融手术麻醉方式是麻醉学领域的研究热点。该文就该领域的最新研究成果作一简要综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the development of minimally invasive techniques,ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer has become one of the newest effective methods in the treatment of primary liver cancer,and the application is becoming more and more perfect.Selecting a safe,economic,effective and appropriate anesthesia method is crucial to its development.In recent years, the topic related to anesthesia methods in ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer is a research hotspot in anesthesiology.This article is a brief overview about the latest research results in the field. |
