| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨椎前筋膜缝合预防颈椎前路减压融合内固定术后咽部不适感的效果。方法 选择2012-07～2014-06在该院行手术治疗的颈椎病患者62例，半随机分为实验组和对照组各31例。实验组术中缝合椎前筋膜，对照组术中不缝合椎前筋膜。术后对两组患者咽部不适感及持续时间进行比较分析。结果 两组患者术后JOA改善率之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组术后咽部不适感发生率低于对照组（P<0.01）,实验组患者咽部不适感持续时间短于对照组（P<0.01）;两组患者术后其他并发症发生率之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 椎前筋膜缝合预防颈椎前路术后咽部不适感效果明显。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the necessity of prevertebral fascia suture in the prevention of pharyngeal discomforts after prevertebral fascia suture in anterior cervical surgery.Methods 62 patients were collected from July 2012 to June 2014, and randomly divided into the experiment group(n=31) and the control group(n=31). The patients in the experiment group accepted prevertebral fascia suture in the surgery, while the control group did not receive the same procedure. After the surgery, pharyngeal discomforts and the duration of the patients in both groups were compared statistically.Results There was no sighificant difference in the improvement rate of JOA between the two groups after the surgery（P>0.05）. The duration of pharyngeal discomfort in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group（P<0.01）.Conclusion The suture of prevertebral fascia is effective in preventing pharyngeal discomforts after anterior cervical surgery. |
