| ［摘要］ 近年来，随着材料科学和经皮介入技术的发展并日臻成熟，将颅内支架成形术应用于缺血性脑血管病的预防和治疗成为临床研究的热点之一，为颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的患者带来了一种新的治疗方法，其微创性得到越来越多患者的认可，但其疗效及安全性也越来越受重视。该文就颅内支架内成形术的发展历程、病例的选择以及近期远期并发症的防治进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ In recent years, with the development of material science and percutaneous intervention, intracranial stent angioplasty is applied to prevent and treat ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which has become a hot spot of clinical researches. It is a new method for treating patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. Its minimally invasive characteristic has been recognized and accepted by more and more patients, however the effectiveness and security of intracranial stent angioplasty have got more and more attention. The evolution of intracranial stent angioplasty, the selection of cases and the development of preventing complications are reviewed in this paper. |
