| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨三维对比增强MR血管成像（3D contrast-enhanced MR angiography，3D CE-MRA）在诊断糖尿病足下肢动脉血管病变中的临床价值。方法 对36例临床怀疑有下肢动脉血管病变患者行3D CE-MRA检查，从腹主动脉下段到足背动脉范围以内的下肢动脉血管进行显影，观察动脉血管受累情况，分析其狭窄情况并分级。结果 36例患者显示目标动脉基本满意，血管解剖清晰，病变显示清晰，正常或轻度狭窄264个节段，中度狭窄129个节段，重度狭窄62个节段，闭塞75个节段。结论 3D CE-MRA可以有效显示糖尿病足下肢动脉血管异常并进行分级，在糖尿病足下肢血管病变的检查中具有重要的临床价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography(3D contrast-enhanced MR angiography, 3D CE-MRA) on diagnosing the lower extremity arterial diseases in the patients with diabetic feet.Methods Thirty-six patients with clinical suspicion of developing arteriosclerosis obliterans were performed CE-MRA to check the next segment of the abdominal aorta to dorsalis pedis artery within the lower limb arteries. The involved artery blood vessels were observed and the arterial stenosis and grades were analyzed.Methods All of 36 patients demonstrated the involved arteries basically satisfactorily with clear blood vessels and clear lesions of the pathological changes. For all patients, normal to mild arterial stenosis was showed in 264 segments, moderate stenosis in 129 segments, severe stenosis in 62 segments and obliterans in 75 segments.Conclusion 3D CE-MRA can effectively display lower extremity arterial vascular abnormalities in patients with diabetic feet, and has a great value for diagnosis. |
