| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨肛裂切除术加括约肌松解术治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法 选取东莞市第五人民医院2013-06～2014-11收治的120例肛裂患者，使用简单随机化方法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)，对照组采用肛裂切除术，观察组采用肛裂切除术加括约肌松解术。比较两组临床疗效、术后Ⅱ～Ⅲ级疼痛、血便、排尿困难发生率，随访患者复发和感染发生率。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为90.00%，观察组为100.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后Ⅱ～Ⅲ级疼痛、血便、排尿困难及随访复发、感染发生率，观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 肛裂切除术加括约肌松解术治疗肛裂在创口恢复、并发症控制方面具有显著效果，能有效提升患者依从性，减轻患者疼痛感，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fissure resection surgery plus sphincter lysis in the treatment of anal fissure.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with anal fissure were admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Dongguan City from June 2013 to November 2014 and were divided into the control group(n=60) and the observation group(n=60) by a simple random method. The control group was performed fissure resection surgery and the observation group were performed fissure resection surgery plus sphincter lysis surgery. The clinical effective rates and the incidences of Ⅱ～Ⅲ postoperative pain, blood stool, dysuria were compared between the two groups. The patients were followed up and the incidences of relapse and infection were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(100.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%); The incidence of Ⅱ～Ⅲ postoperative pain, blood stool, dysuria and the follow-up recurrence rate of infections in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Fissure resection surgery plus sphincter lysis surgery has significant effects on healing wound, reducing complications, improving patients′ compliance and relieving patients′ pain in the treatment of and fissure. |
