| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨颅盖骨孤立性浆细胞瘤（SPB）的MRI表现,以提高SPB的诊断准确性。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的SPB患者5例MRI资料。结果 5例均为单发病灶,MRI信号表现为T1WI 3例为等信号，2例为混杂信号，T2WI 5例均为高信号为主的混杂信号,信号均匀、密实、细腻。肿瘤较大（>5 cm），边缘清晰，肿瘤位于颅骨内外板之间形成双凸状软组织肿块，颅骨内外板变薄，周围骨质无增生硬化。增强扫描，所有病例均表现为明显强化。结论 颅盖骨SPB的MRI表现具有一定特征性，MRI有助于提高该病的诊断准确性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the MRI manifestions of the calvaria solitary plasmacytoma of bone(SPB) and to improve the diagnosis of SPB.Methods The MRI data of 5 cases proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Single lesion was found in 5 cases T1WI with in 3 cases as equisignal, and in 2 cases as mixed signal, with T2WI in 5 cases as high signal mixed signals. All signals were even, dense and exquisite. The tumors were larger than 5 cm in diameter with clear edge, and were located in the skull and outside the plate which formed the convex shape of soft tissue mass. The inside and outside plates without hyperplasia and sclerosis were found within the surrounding bones. All cases showed obvious enhancement with an enhanced scan.Conclusion MRI manifestations of cranium have some characteristics on SPB, which can help to improve the diagnosis of the disease. |
