| ［摘要］ 目的 观察兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的效果及其用药安全性。方法 选取90例功能性消化不良患者为观察对象，按随机数字表法分为A、B组两组，每组45例。A组患者给予兰索拉唑治疗，B组患者给予兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。连续治疗8周，比较两组疗效及药物副作用。结果 A组显效29例，有效9例，无效7例。B组显效40例，有效4例，无效1例。B组疗效优于A组(P<0.01)。B组患者药物不良反应发生率与A组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛能够有效改善功能性消化不良患者临床症状，安全高效、副作用少，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the safey and effects of lansoprazole combined with flupentixol and melitracen on the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Ninety cases with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B, with 45 cases in each group. Group A was treated with lansoprazole, and group B was given lansoprazole combined with flupentixol and melitracen for 8 weeks. The curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In group B, 40 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases effective and 1 case ineffective. In group A, 29 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective. The curative effect of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with lansoprazole is safe and effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. |
