| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨全麻鼻咽部病理活检术对诊断黏膜下型鼻咽癌的意义。方法 对8例在门诊做过3次以上常规局麻鼻内镜鼻咽部病理活检术未能确诊的疑似鼻咽癌患者，改用气管内插管进行全身麻醉行鼻内镜鼻咽部病理活检术。结果 8例患者在改用全麻鼻内镜鼻咽部病理活检术后均确诊为鼻咽癌。结论 对于常规局麻确诊困难的部分黏膜下型鼻咽癌患者，建议行全麻鼻咽部病理活检术以提高确诊率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the value of nasopharyngeal biopsy under general anesthesia in the diagnosis of submucosal nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Eight outpatients who were suspected to have nasopharyngeal carcinoma and underwent nasopharyngeal biopsy under local anesthesia for three times but failed to be diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma were given nasopharyngeal biopsy with nasal endoscope in endotracheal intubation for general anestheaia.Results Eight cases who recieved endoscopic nasopharyngeal biopsy under general anesthesia were diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Conclusion Nasopharynx biopsy surgery under general anesthesia should be recommended for the patients who are suspected to have nasopharyngeal carcinoma but fail to be definitely diagnosed by nasopharyngeal biopsy under local anesthesia. |
