| [摘要] 目的 通过对儿童青少年进行骨龄分析,比较骨龄与实际年龄的差异,研究骨龄分析在临床工作中的作用。方法 对92例左腕骨X线片运用TW3-C RUS和TW3-C Carpal法进行骨龄分析。结果 40例女性儿童中,骨龄大于实际年龄15例(37.5%),骨龄等于实际年龄2例(5.0%),骨龄小于实际年龄23例(57.5%)。结合体格检查和实验室检查发现性早熟儿童1例,甲状腺功能亢进1例,生长激素缺乏1例,体质性发育及青春期延迟1例,亚临床甲低1例。在52例男性儿童中,骨龄大于实际年龄18例(34.6%),骨龄等于实际年龄5例(9.6%),骨龄小于实际年龄29例(55.8%)。结合体格检查和实验室检查发现家族性矮小儿童5例,甲状腺功能亢进1例,性早熟1例,体质性发育及青春期延迟2例,小于胎龄儿2例,生长激素缺乏1例,甲低1例。结论 临床工作中通过对骨龄的分析,结合体格检查及实验室检查,可以及时发现影响儿童生长发育的原因,并及时采取干预措施。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To study the role of bone age analysis in clinical practice by comparing the bone age with actual age in children and adolescents. Methods The X-ray films of the left wrist cartilage were analyzed by TW3-C RUS and TW3-C Carpal method in 92 children and adolescents.Results In the female children(40 cases), the bone age was greater than the actual age in 15 cases(37.5%), the bone age equal to the actual age in 2 cases(5.0%), and the bone age lower than the actual age in 23 cases(57.5%). Combining the physical examination and the laboratory examination findings, we found precocious puberty in 1 case, hyperthyroidism in 1 case, growth hormone deficiency in 1 case, physical development and adolescent delay in 1 case and subclinical hypothyroidism in 1 case. In the male children(52 cases), the bone age was greater than actual age in 18 cases(34.6%), the bone age equal to the actual age in 5 cases(9.6%), the bone age lower than the actual age in 29 cases(55.8%). Combining the physical examination and the laboratory examination findings, we found familial short stature in 5 cases, hyperthyroidism in 1 case, precocious puberty in 1 case, physical development and adolescent delay in 2 cases, less than gestational age in 2 cases, growth hormone deficiency in 1 case and hypothyroidism in 1 case.Conclusion Combining analysis of bone age and physical examination and laboratory examination can help to discover the causes affecting the children and adolescents′ growth and development, and help doctors take intervention measures timely in clinical practice. |
