| ［摘要］ 目的 观察子宫内膜息肉电切除术后宫腔内放置曼月乐环预防复发的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2013-05～2015-05收治的子宫内膜息肉患者（单发及多发息肉）90例，均行子宫内膜息肉电切除术。曼月乐环组30例，术后即宫腔内放置曼月乐环；药物组30例，术后口服药物（地屈孕酮片）治疗；手术组30例，单纯行子宫内膜息肉电切除术。三组均术后随访12个月，观察治疗效果（彩超提示子宫内膜厚度）。结果 曼月乐环组子宫内膜厚度（复发率）明显低于药物组及手术组（P<0.05）。结论 子宫内膜息肉电切除术后宫内放置曼月乐环可以有效预防子宫内膜息肉再复发。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the preventive effect of Mirena intrauterine device(IUD) on recurrent endometrial polyp after endometrial polyp electroresection. Methods Ninety patients with endometrial polyps(single and multiple polyps) treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were treated with electric resection of endometrial polyps. Of the 90 patients, 30 cases treated with postoperative Mirena IUD were taken as the Mirena group, 30 cases treated with postoperative oral drugs(megestrol acetate tablets) as the drug group, and 30 cases treated with simple endometrial polyp resection as the operation group. The three groups were followed up for 12 months, and the therapeutic effects were observed by color Doppler ultrasound to indicate the endometrial thickness. Results The thickness(recurrence rate) in the Mirena group was significantly less than that in the drug group or in the operation group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Mirena intrauterine device is effective in prevention of recurrent endometrial polyp after endometrial polyp electroresection. |
